We have enough room in our back yard for a few lambs, though I'm not sure where to get hay. Maybe you could have Amazon Fresh deliver wheatgrass to them everyday!Seesterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02305276086619415086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8884610467022224157.post-79230285127073797052015-07-30T10:49:35.471-07:002015-07-30T10:49:35.471-07:00Really great to hear from you again, Jen. A good ram is well worth the cost, but the name (P)Rick is priceless!! LOL Glad you got good sales for the lambs, have a venue for the hogget, lambs and birds. While the dogs are on the sideline, I'm hoping you and yours are in good health. Fingers crossed for a thinner chore list and fatter wallet soon. Take care. But I knew, since it'...I've missed you Jen. But I knew, since it's summer, you were busy doing ALL that you do - plus a JOB! Wildfires, too dry weather then cabin construction have occupied our time here in the sub-arctic. Now we're preparing for berrypicking, caribou hunting and then moose hunting - all of which will be headed for Ice Camp. My "adopted" bird is a half-albino Camprobber/Grey Jay. I call her "Whitey". Remember that Saturday Night Live bit with Garrett Williams? "I'm going to get me a shotgun and kill all the whiteys I see!" Oh, and I had bee-sting therapy to deal with arthritis in my left hand. Strangely, it worked.

Love on Pip for me. Next to my Cherni Girl, she's my favorite favorite girlie. Your blog alwaus makes me laugh, although I do not know where you find the time and the energy. I am just about to leave London for Somerset, we are buying a barn conversion and getting out of the rat race. Looking forward to doing as little as possible, unlike you....charleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14928706901337018110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8884610467022224157.post-60678282496429556362015-07-26T03:21:44.092-07:002015-07-26T03:21:44.092-07:00It is good to hear from you. I can't ...That's quite the summer schedule. I can't believe you climbed in the back of a truck with a ram. I used to have a Wensleydale ram named Chuck that never seemed to move more than a few feet in any direction until he heard the gate open, and then he could cover a 1/4 mile in 5 seconds flat to come head butt and terrorize me. I think Rick with a Silent P is the best name I've ever heard. Ever. J is adorable. He couldn't have wished for a better step-mother. Love your blog-I only follow a chosen few these days, and you make the cut.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08569105530193630508noreply@blogger.com
