Beavis & Head Butt

The goat boys are very playful and, like all boys, enjoy some rough housing -

I keep them occupied while mom has her breakfast. It's all part of the service.

Play! We have a bunch of 2-tooths on our place (agisted, not ours) which have been together since birth and still play like lambs. They run everywhere in a group, rather than ambling, and this morning were playing king of the castle on a hillock near the house.

Adorable! We'd like some but it seems an expensive endeavor for what we are looking for (brush clearing, not milk)

He IS adorable! What's the equipment running in the background? Your fancy new tractor? More baby videos soon, please.

Janice - I borrowed Mike's John Deere UTV as he had the tractor. It's small but very noisy!

Cottontail Farm - If you have good fencing, it's affordable to have a few castrated males. The dairy breeds are docile and if there's enough to eat, don't look to escape. I'm going to cost out what we save on weed spray against the goats this year and will post it, in case it helps anyone. Four goats have noticeably cleared our bramble problem in a 2ish acre paddock in just a couple years.
